Terms of Use

By using the website "en-tain.com" (the "Site") operated by ENTAIN, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use (these "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all matters concerning the use of the Site between us and all users of the Site ("Users," "you," or "your"). Any guidelines separately established by us on the Site shall also constitute a part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Purpose of the Site)

The Site is operated for the purpose of providing information about the services we offer. As of the date these Terms are established, the Site does not provide functions for the sale of goods, reservation or payment of services, or membership registration. The fees, payment and cancellation terms for our services (such as guiding) are provided in a written quote and apply once you confirm your request.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  • Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights in all text, images, videos, logos, designs, and other content (the "Content") posted on the Site belong to us or to third parties that lawfully hold such rights.
  • Except to the extent permitted by law (including private use), you may not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, publicly transmit, transfer, lend, translate, adapt, or otherwise use the Content in any manner without our prior written consent.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

You shall not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the Site:

(2) Conduct that infringes the rights, interests, reputation, or privacy of us, other Users, or any third party;

(3) Conduct that interferes with, or may interfere with, the operation of the Site;

(5) Transmitting computer viruses or other harmful programs;

(6) Registering or transmitting false information;

(7) Using the contact form or the Site to send advertising, promotion, or solicitation that we have not agreed to;

(8) Automatically accessing the Site to collect information;

(9) Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate.

Article 5 (Links)

  • Linking to the Site is generally permitted. However, we reserve the right to refuse links from sites that damage our reputation, sites that are contrary to public order and morals, or any other sites that we deem inappropriate.
